◆丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物是由丙烯腈、丁二烯和苯乙烯組成的三元共聚物。簡(jiǎn)稱ABS，A代表丙烯腈，B代表丁二烯，S代表苯乙烯。ABS通常為淺黃色或者乳白色的粒料非結(jié)晶性樹脂。 |
ABS樹脂是五大合成樹脂之一，其抗沖擊性、耐熱性、耐低溫性、耐化學(xué)藥品性及電氣性能優(yōu)良，還具有易加工、制品尺寸穩(wěn)定、表面光澤性好等特點(diǎn)，容易涂裝、著色，還可以進(jìn)行表面噴鍍金屬、電鍍、焊接、熱壓和粘接等二次加工，廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、汽車、電子電器、儀器儀表、紡織和建筑等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域，是一種用途極廣的熱塑性工程塑料。其將PS、SAN、BS的各種性能有機(jī)的統(tǒng)一起來，兼具韌，硬，剛相均衡的優(yōu)良力學(xué)性能。 |
ABS的生產(chǎn)方法很多，可分為摻合法、接枝法、聯(lián)用法和接枝-摻合法四大類，約十一種制備工藝。目前大多采用的是乳液法，當(dāng)前zui有廣闊發(fā)展前景的是乳液接枝摻合法。ABS通過改變?nèi)N單體的比例和采用的不同聚合方法，可制得各種規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品，其結(jié)構(gòu)有以彈性體為主鏈的接枝共聚物，一般三種單體的比例范圍大致為丙烯腈25%~35%、丁二烯25%~30%和苯乙烯40%~50%。 |
ABS生產(chǎn)方法分為摻混法和接枝法?，F(xiàn)在世界主要生產(chǎn)商大多采用先接枝再摻混的方法，此法有分為乳液接枝懸浮SAN摻混法和乳液接枝本體SAN摻混法。新興的本體接枝法無論從生產(chǎn)成本和對(duì)環(huán)境的影響都有很大的優(yōu)勢(shì)，是今后研究的重點(diǎn)。 |

塑料ABS也可以說是聚苯乙烯的改性，比HIPS有較高的抗沖擊強(qiáng)度和更好的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，具有良好的加工性能，可以使用注塑機(jī)、擠出機(jī)等塑料成型設(shè)備進(jìn)行注塑、擠塑、吹塑、壓延、層合、發(fā)泡、熱成型，還可以焊接、涂覆、電鍍和機(jī)械加工。ABS的吸水性比較高，加工前需進(jìn)行干燥處理，干燥溫度為70~85℃，干燥時(shí)間為2~6h；ABS制品在加工中容易產(chǎn)生內(nèi)應(yīng)力，如應(yīng)力太大，致使產(chǎn)品開裂，應(yīng)進(jìn)行退火處理，把制件放于70~80℃的熱風(fēng)循環(huán)干燥箱內(nèi)2~4h，再冷卻至室溫即可。 |

◆ABS特性描述
一、一般性能 |
1、ABS外觀為不透明呈象牙色粒料，其制品可著成五顏六色，并具有高光澤度。 |
2、ABS相對(duì)密度為1.05左右，吸水率低。 |
3、ABS同其他材料的結(jié)合性好，易于表面印刷、涂層和鍍層處理。 |
4、ABS的氧指數(shù)為18~20，屬于易燃聚合物，火焰呈黃色，有黑煙，并發(fā)出特殊的肉桂味。 |
二、力學(xué)性能 |
1、ABS有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能，其沖擊強(qiáng)度*，可以在極低的溫度下使用； |
2、ABS的耐磨性優(yōu)良，尺寸穩(wěn)定性好，又具有耐油性，可用于中等載荷和轉(zhuǎn)速下的抽承。 |
3、ABS的耐蠕變性比PSF和PC大，但比PA和POM小。 |
4、ABS的彎曲強(qiáng)度和壓縮強(qiáng)度屬于塑料中較差的。 |
5、ABS的力學(xué)性能受溫度的影響較大 |
三、熱學(xué)性能 |
1、ABS的熱變形溫度為93~118攝氏度，制品經(jīng)退火處理后還可提高10攝氏度左右。 |
2、ABS在負(fù)40攝氏度時(shí)仍能表現(xiàn)出一定的韌性，可在負(fù)40~100攝氏度的溫度范圍內(nèi)使用。 |
四、電學(xué)性能 |
ABS的電絕緣性較好，并且?guī)缀醪皇軠囟?、濕度和頻率的影響，可在大多數(shù)環(huán)境下使用。 |
五、環(huán)境性能 |
ABS不受水、無機(jī)鹽、堿和多種酸的影響，但可溶于酮類、醛類及氯代烴中，受冰乙酸、植物油等侵蝕會(huì)產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力開裂。ABS的耐候性差，在紫外光的作用下易產(chǎn)生降解；于戶外半年后，沖擊強(qiáng)度下降一半。 |
