　　該款剝離試驗(yàn)機(jī)根據(jù)GB/T2611-2007《試驗(yàn)機(jī)通用技術(shù)要求》和GB/T16491-2008《電子式試驗(yàn)機(jī)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。計(jì)算機(jī)全自動(dòng)控制設(shè)備的上升、下降、試驗(yàn)、停止等，設(shè)備外形美觀、操作方便、性能穩(wěn)定可靠。

　　該系列產(chǎn)品主要用于1000N以內(nèi)的拉伸、剝離、撕裂等試驗(yàn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于航天航空、石油化工、機(jī)械制造、塑料橡膠、陶瓷建材、金屬材料、建筑工程等行業(yè)，以及高等院校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、技術(shù)監(jiān)督、質(zhì)檢站所等部門。

　　1.主機(jī)Load Frame Machine：

　　1.1該機(jī)采用桌上型臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),伺服電機(jī)通過傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)移動(dòng)橫梁左右移動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)加載過程。

　　1.1 The machine adopts a desktop horizontal,equipped with servo motor,which can drive he moving beam to move left and right through the transmission mechanism to realize the loading test process.

　　1.2圓弧同步帶輪和滾珠絲杠副傳動(dòng)是平穩(wěn)的無間隙傳動(dòng)，從而得到試驗(yàn)力和變形速度精密控制，傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，響應(yīng)快，噪聲低。

　　1.2 Arc tooth synchronous belt gear and ball screw rods as subsidiary transmission,is smooth and no-seal transmission,to reach accurate controlling to the speed of test force and deformation,smooth transmission,fast response,low noise.

　　2.附具：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置：180°剝離附具一套，滾輪一個(gè)，靜相鋼板四片。

　　六、軟件功能特點(diǎn)Function and Features in the software system：

　　1.自動(dòng)清零：試驗(yàn)開始啟動(dòng)后，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)清零；

　　Auto Zero:after the test start,the system do auto zero.

　　2.自動(dòng)標(biāo)定：系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)示值準(zhǔn)確度的標(biāo)定；

　　Auto calibration:Auto calibration of indicating vale in the system.

　　3.自動(dòng)返回：實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，橫梁自動(dòng)返回至初始位置；

　　Auto back,after finishing the test,crossbeam will be back to initial place automatically.

　　4.自動(dòng)換檔（當(dāng)選擇分檔測量時(shí)）：根據(jù)負(fù)荷大小自動(dòng)切換到適當(dāng)?shù)牧砍蹋源_保測量數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性；

　　5.自動(dòng)變速：試驗(yàn)過程中移動(dòng)橫梁的速度可按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序自動(dòng)變化，也可手動(dòng)變化；

　　6.自動(dòng)保存：采用數(shù)據(jù)庫管理方式，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線自動(dòng)保存；
