直刃磨刀機Straightedge Grinding Machine
用途及特點Function and Features
用途：本機床是為磨削塑料破碎機刀片而專門設(shè)計，它是塑料破碎機的配套產(chǎn)品，同時還可磨削木工機床及其它機床的直刃刀片。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點：機床由機身、工作臺、直線導軌、滑塊、移動電機、磨頭電機、冷卻系統(tǒng)及電氣控制部件組成，各部件之間結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀合理，磨頭走刀勻速平穩(wěn)，運行平穩(wěn)易調(diào)節(jié)，適用于各種直刃刀具加工。
■ Function：
This machine is specially designed for grinding of plastic crusher blades. It is important accessory product for plastic crushers, meanwhile can also be used for grinding other straightedge blades from woodworking tools or other machine tools.
■ Structural Features：
The machine is mainly composed of body part, operating panel, linear guideway, slider, shifting motor, grinding head motor, cooling system and electric control parts. It’s designed in compact structure and good appearance. Besides, it has advantages of steady and even grinding speed, simple adjustment, as well as its diverse applications to grinding various types of straightedge cutting blades.
