PGZQ系列全自動(dòng)下卸料自清潔型離心機(jī)		PGZQ series Automatic self-cleaning bottom discharge centrifuge
PGZQ全自動(dòng)下卸料自清潔型離心機(jī)是一種立式、小刮刀卸料、自動(dòng)間歇操作過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)。它在一個(gè)工作周期內(nèi)可按照不同要求，依次自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)料、分離、卸料、清潔濾袋等工序。該機(jī)采用HMI人機(jī)界面觸摸操作系統(tǒng)和PLC可編程控制器，配合變頻器控制轉(zhuǎn)速系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械式自動(dòng)卸料裝置、料滿自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置及各類(lèi)閥門(mén)聯(lián)合動(dòng)作，實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)的自動(dòng)化操作。適用于細(xì)顆粒和中等顆粒度固相懸浮液的固液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的固液分離，主要服務(wù)于化工、食品、制藥、礦物、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。		PGZQ Automatic self-cleaning bottom discharge centrifuge,discharges by small scraper,operates intermittently.It automatically completes feeding,separating,discharging and cleaning with in work cycle according to different requirements.PGZQ series centrifuge adopts HMI and PLC,working accompanies with converter,machinery automatic discharging unit,overload automatic detection unit and valves,to realizes automatic operation of whole machine set.It is suit for separation of solid suspension includes tiny and medium particles,also suit for separation of fibrous material.Application field:chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,mining industry and environmental protection industry,etc.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過(guò)濾分離。分離過(guò)程中液相透過(guò)固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤(pán)的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后，通過(guò)刮刀卸料，出渣口排出。最后，濾袋清潔機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作，清除殘余的固相物料。

Material comes into rotating drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes it spread evenly on filter cloth of interior wall.During separation process,liquid trough gap within solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum interior wall,discharges by outlet.While solid material retained within drum wall.After separation,scraper cuts filter cake into pieces,then discharges by outlet.The last step is self-cleaning,remove solid residues.

◎使用安全

◎Safe in use

一、主軸軸承運(yùn)行安全
1）優(yōu)化主軸承結(jié)構(gòu)布局，裝配與拆卸簡(jiǎn)單可靠，保證軸承正常使用。
2）集中式油脂潤(rùn)滑。主軸承上下組單獨(dú)高壓供油，降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的難度，為設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行提供保障條件。
二、料液在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)均布安全
布料方式：葉片風(fēng)輪式旋轉(zhuǎn)斜盤(pán)布料。
1) 改善因料液進(jìn)入布料器內(nèi)形成的流體紊亂而造成布料器拋料現(xiàn)象。
2) 消除因布料器工作時(shí)，在出料口形成流體壓力墻造成的布料受阻及分布不均現(xiàn)象。
3）減少料液在布料器內(nèi)停留時(shí)間，快速通過(guò)，均勻布料。
4）改善因布料不均而造成的設(shè)備異常震動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，降低對(duì)設(shè)備零部件的損害。
三、物料安全
物料清除方式：杠桿式自動(dòng)清除濾袋上殘留物料。濾袋在工作狀態(tài)時(shí)貼附于轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁，在完成料液分離、刮刀卸料之后，濾袋在連桿系統(tǒng)的作用下發(fā)生形變（成為上大下小與主軸同心的60度圓錐），從而將濾布壁上的殘留固相物剝離，從下卸料口排出。
1）連桿結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，功能可靠。
2）提高分離效果。
3）有效清除殘留物料，避免物料交叉污染。
四、操作安全
設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)充分考慮設(shè)備的操作安全性，保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作人員及設(shè)備運(yùn)行安全。
1）外置手動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑油脂加油泵，方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員操作，確保主軸軸承當(dāng)班正常保養(yǎng)維護(hù)，有效降低設(shè)備故障率，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
2）設(shè)備上的高壓油管路、線路設(shè)計(jì)在保護(hù)殼內(nèi)，并將接口集中放置，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔無(wú)外露，確保人、機(jī)安全。
3）HMI人機(jī)界面，PLC控制，整機(jī)自動(dòng)化操作，無(wú)人看護(hù)，自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)與保護(hù)。

A. Main shaft bearing safety running
1) Optimize main shaft bearing structure,assembly and dis-assembly both simply and reliable,ensure safe usage of bearing.
2) Centralized lubrication of grease. Main bearing separately supply grease to upper unit and lower unit by high pressure,downgrade of on site maintenance difficulty.
B. Liquid material safely spread within drum
Distribution method：Blade wind wheel rotative distribution
1) Relieve attrition caused by liquid disorder.
2) Remove distribution blockage and unevenly distribution made by liquid pressure wall nearby outlet.
3) Reduce the time of material stays within distributor,evenly distribution.
4) Relieve unusual vibration of equipment,protect accessories and components.
C. Residues safety
Residues removal：lever type automatically remove residues on filter bag.
In operate state,filter bag adhesive to drum interior wall；in non-operate state,filter bag deforms under the effect of connecting rod（become a 60 degree circular cone concentric with main shaft),remove residues on filter cloth and discharge by outlet.
1) Connecting rod has a simple structure and reliable function.
2) Improved separation effectiveness.
3) Effectively remove residues,protect material from cross infection.
D. Operation safety
Unique design ensure safety of on site personnel and equipment running.
1) External manual oil pump,facilitate on site personnel to operation,ensure on-duty maintenance for main shaft bearing ,reduce failure rate meanwhile promote production efficiency.
2) High pressure oil pipeline and circuit designed within shield,interfaces are laid together. Clean and tidy,ensure safety of human and equipment.
3) Adopt HMI and PLC,unattended operation,automatically monitoring and protecting.

◎維護(hù)安全

◎Safety in maintenance

一、主軸拆卸、裝配安全
創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的上抽式主軸，配合NU系列內(nèi)外圈可脫卸圓柱軸承，可方便主軸從機(jī)體分離，降低裝配與拆卸難度，提高安裝質(zhì)量，拆裝方便快捷，零件無(wú)損傷。
二、主機(jī)軸承座與軸承外圈拆卸、裝配安全
創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的分離式軸承座套結(jié)構(gòu)，改變傳統(tǒng)的軸承外圈直接與軸承座主體安裝的方式，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拆卸方便簡(jiǎn)易，零件無(wú)損傷。
三、主軸軸承內(nèi)圈拆卸、裝配安全
主軸在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考高壓油拆卸軸承的原理，降低維護(hù)難度，實(shí)現(xiàn)拆裝無(wú)損傷，同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命。
四、設(shè)備防護(hù)安全
設(shè)備各功能結(jié)構(gòu)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)并內(nèi)置于對(duì)應(yīng)的外防護(hù)罩殼中，既保證了維修拆卸方便，又有效地保護(hù)人機(jī)安全。

A. Safety assembly and dis-assembly for main shaft
Innovative upper removal main shaft,equipped with NU series cylinder bearing adopts detachable interior and exterior rings,facilitate shaft depart from centrifuge,easy handle and do no harm to accessories.

B. Safety assembly and dis-assembly for main machine bearing exterior ring
Unique separating bearing sleeve structure,facilitate exterior ring depart from bearing pedestal,do no harm to accessories.

C. Safety assembly and dis-assembly for main machine bearing interior ring
Design of main shaft refers to principle of high pressure oil detaches bearing,easy to maintenance,realize dis-assembly free of harm,meanwhile prolong service life.

D. Protection of equipment
Functional structure designed modularly,build in relative shields,facilitate dis-assembly,keep human and machine from danger.
