| PB系列密閉上卸料離心機(jī)是一種平板式結(jié)構(gòu)、適用于高潔凈生產(chǎn)的衛(wèi)生級(jí)過濾式離心分離機(jī)械。該系列產(chǎn)品具有制造工藝高、耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)、運(yùn)作穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)，符合國(guó)家高衛(wèi)生GMP規(guī)范要求。因此，廣泛適用在制藥、食品、精細(xì)化工等行業(yè)的多種固液混合物的分離。 | PB series sealed upper discharge centrifuge has a flat plate structure,meet the requirement of high cleanliness and sanitary filtering,also perform well in corrosion resistance. ◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后切斷電源，用制動(dòng)裝置使轉(zhuǎn)鼓停止回轉(zhuǎn)，打開上蓋，由人工清除濾餅。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth and forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,use braking unit stop drum running,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
