設(shè)備呈臥式圓筒形，圓筒體為夾套通熱結(jié)構(gòu)，圓筒內(nèi)有通熱的特殊攪拌機(jī)構(gòu)。物料在筒體內(nèi)受到來(lái)至筒體夾套加熱與內(nèi)部的攪拌器雙重加熱的同時(shí)，還處于動(dòng)態(tài)與真空狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)、結(jié)晶、烘干于一體一次完成或單獨(dú)在動(dòng)態(tài)下進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)濃縮，動(dòng)態(tài)下進(jìn)行結(jié)晶、動(dòng)態(tài)下進(jìn)行烘干。廣泛應(yīng)用于廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工、生物工程、冶金粉末、環(huán)保等物料，在真空干凈環(huán)境下強(qiáng)制低溫脫水。

     The equipment is shaped as a horizontal cylinder which has a jacketed thermal structure. There is a special patented thermal stirring mechanism inside the cylinder. When heated by the cylinder jacket in the cylinder and by the internal stirrer, material will be evaporated, crystallized and dried simultaneously under vacuum condition in the dynamic status, or be separately evaporated and concentrated in the dynamic status and then crystallized and dried in the dynamic status. It is widely applied to force pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, bioengineering, metallurgical powder and environmental materials to be dehydrated at low temperature in the vacuum clean environment.

二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics

1. 設(shè)備呈臥式結(jié)構(gòu)不占空間且方便進(jìn)、出料及設(shè)備清洗。

2. 設(shè)備除了外殼體夾套加熱外，內(nèi)部攪拌動(dòng)態(tài)槳葉及攪拌軸均為加熱部件，比一般夾套烘干設(shè)備工作效率提高15%~30%。

3. 物料在動(dòng)態(tài)以及真空狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行烘干，其產(chǎn)品干燥均勻，流動(dòng)性好，能限度保持色、香、味等。

4. 攪拌器的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，用于保障物料動(dòng)態(tài)均勻分散同時(shí)不偏移堆積于某一處以保證所有物料均勻受熱。

5. 根據(jù)工況及用戶需求可實(shí)現(xiàn)全程自動(dòng)化、智能化控制。

1. The equipment is shaped as a horizontal structure which takes up very little space and facilitates material feeding and discharging and equipment cleaning.

2. Besides heating of the outer shell jacket, both the internal stirring dynamic blade and agitating shaft of the equipment are heating elements, so the work efficiency of the equipment is 15%~30% higher than that of general jacketed drying equipment.

3. The material is dried in the dynamic and vacuum status. Its products are dried uniformly with good mobility and can maintain the color, fragrance and flavor etc to the greatest extent.

4. The unique patented design structure of the stirrer can ensure the material won’t shift and heap up at some place when dispersing uniformly in the dynamic status so that all the materials can be heated uniformly.

5. According to the working condition and users’ requirements, the whole process can be controlled automatically and intelligently.
